Synrgetic Fitness App ("Synrgetic" or the "App") charges for subscriptions, which are managed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. As a result, our refund policy defers to the respective platform's refund policies.

Refunds for Apple App Store Subscriptions

If you've made an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store and would like to request a refund, you'll need to contact Apple directly. Synrgetic is not able to issue refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store. To request a refund from Apple, please follow the steps provided in their support article.

If you've made an in-app purchase through the Google Play Store and would like to request a refund, you'll need to contact Google directly.
