TrueCoach’s annual billing is cheaper than these monthly rates. On client payments, third-party reports say TrueCoach has charged a 5% fee on payments through its platform since January 2026, on top of the subscription, while its pricing page lists free automated payments and no extra fees. If you take payments through TrueCoach, check what applies to you. At 5%, a coach collecting $3,000/month would pay $150/month. With Synrgetic you pay Stripe’s standard processing fee, and we currently add nothing on top.
