How billing works
Subscriptions are monthly and are processed by the App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan's features until the end of the billing period. Plans can't be bought on the web yet: subscribe in the iPhone, Android or Mac app, and your plan works everywhere you log in.

Is Synrgetic really free for one client?
Yes. You can coach one client for free, forever. Your clients never pay for the app, whichever plan you are on.
What happens when I reach my client limit?
Upgrade in the app to the plan that fits your roster. Every paid plan starts with a one-month free trial for new subscribers. A new client who joins while you are at your limit waits, and joins as soon as you have room.
Are there any paid add-ons for coaches?
No. Every paid plan includes every coaching feature. Stripe deducts its own processing fee on card payments, and Synrgetic currently adds no platform fee on top.
What if I have more than 50 clients?
The largest coach plan is 50 clients. Gym plans cover teams of trainers, up to 50 trainers with 50 clients each.
