This Privacy Policy explains how Synrgetic Fitness App ("Synrgetic" or the "App") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Collection

When you use the App, we may collect the following types of personal information:

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and password.
• Usage data: We collect information about your usage of the App, such as workout details, nutrition data, and progress statistics.
• Device and technical data: We may collect information about your device, including its operating system, device model, and unique device identifier.

3. Information Use

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App and its features.
• To analyze usage and improve the App's performance and user experience.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To detect, prevent, and address security and technical issues.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: We may share your personal information with third parties when you give us your explicit consent to do so.
• For legal reasons: We may disclose your personal information if we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights and property, or defend against legal claims.
• Business transfers: In the event that Synrgetic is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred to the new owner.

5. Health Data (Apple Health and Health Connect)

If you connect Apple Health (HealthKit) or Health Connect, the App reads the following on your device to display it to you: daily step count, active calories burned, sleep duration, and workout sessions (type, time, duration, distance, calories burned, and heart rate during the workout).

Connecting Apple Health or Health Connect does not, by itself, send any health data to our servers. Health data is uploaded to and stored with your account only if you separately agree to it, either when asked in the App or in Settings under "Save health data to my account". We record when you gave or withdrew that agreement, and from which version of the App.

If you agree, we store:

• Daily totals of steps, active calories burned and time asleep.
• Workout sessions: type, start and end time, duration, distance, calories burned, steps, the name of the app or device that recorded them, and an average, maximum and minimum heart rate for each session. Individual heart rate readings and sleep stages are not stored.

We use this data only to show it back to you — so your history is kept beyond what your device holds and appears on your other devices, including the web app — and to show it to a coach you have linked to your account, who can view it. We do not sell health data, use it for advertising or marketing, or share it with any other third party, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing these features to you.

You can withdraw your agreement at any time by turning off "Save health data to my account" in Settings. Doing so immediately deletes the health data stored with your account (the daily totals and workout sessions described above). It does not affect data in Apple Health or Health Connect on your device, or the weight, nutrition and measurement data you entered in the App yourself. Health data stored with your account is also deleted if you delete your account.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When your personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and their privacy policies may differ from ours. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new privacy policy.
