Once you’ve created an account and logged in, you’ll be looking at the app’s main interface.
At the top of the screen is the navigation bar. Here, you’ll see any notifications you’ve received, which can be anything from receiving a workout from your coach (if you have one), to a new session with your coach being booked (again, if you have one).
There’s also a button with your profile picture, name, and role (we call users “clients”). Clicking on the button will give you the option of editing your profile, and logging out of your account.
On the left side of the screen is the side bar. This is where you’ll find most of the navigation to make your way around. There’s the Dashboard, Workouts, Classes, Tracking, Exercise Progress, Nutrition Targets, and Community. Click on the links to see more about them.
