Relatively new to the scene, Synrgetic is an online platform that allows coaches to manage their personal training business with ease. Here are some of the main features Synrgetic has to offer coaches:
- Create client accounts and track their workouts, progress, sold packages, sessions and bookings
- Create as many packages for whatever situation, e.g. promotions
- Automatically send notifications to clients when bookings are made or when packages are close to expiring
- Create exercise guides for any exercise that can include videos, images and text

TrueCoach currently has three tiers of memberships, starting at $25 per month for up to 5 clients, up to $110 per month for up to 50 clients.
PT Distinction is similar to TrueCoach in that it is a successful platform for coaches looking to manage their personal training businesses. They have a large user base and can be integrated with other apps such as MyFitnessPal and FitBit. Their features are also similar to TrueCoach in that they offer custom branding, have an extensive exercise library, and offer iOS and Android apps.
PT Distinction also offers three pricing tiers, starting at $19.90 per month for up to 3 clients, up to $80 per month for up to 50 clients. They also offer a 1-month free trial period for each tier.
Trainerize is another coaching platform that allows coaches to teach online classes, track workout and progress, and offer group training. Like TrueCoach and PT Distinction, they also offer custom branding and integration with other apps such as MyFitnessPal.
Trainerize offers more pricing options than the rest, starting at $0 per month for 1 client, up to $300 per month for unlimited clients. They also offer location-based pricing ranging from $250 to $350 per month per location.
Yet another successful platform, My PT Hub offers similar features as the rest, including client tracking, customization, app integration and branding.
Their standard tier costs $20 per month and includes up to 5 clients while their premium tier costs $49 per month and allows an unlimited number of clients. They offer a 30-day free trial period with each of their tiers.
